Public Notice is hereby given that the Village of Debden Council intends to adopt a bylaw under The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to amend Bylaw 2/2023, known as the Zoning Bylaw.

Proposed Bylaw 3/2024:
Intent
The proposed Bylaw 3/2024 will amend Section 4.8.7 Shipping Containers, removing shipping containers from being permitted as a discretionary use in the R-Residential and C-1 Village Commercial District and to ensure Shipping Containers in other districts meet the National Fire Code of Canada.
